"HOME-STYLE" EQUIPMENT

EQUIPMENT
I remember back in the day for my PE classes at ZCS (8th grade Class of 1989!) that we had a ton of "home made" equipment that we used. Whether my teacher Mr. DeJonge was handy or just frugal, I'm not sure. 😉 Either way, these pieces of equipment did the job.
In case you're looking for some ideas to use from your own home supplies, here are a few:
EASY TARGETS - use for throwing, kicking, tossing, bowling, etc.
- cereal boxes
- water bottles
- used toilet paper cardboard rolls
- shoe boxes
EASY SPORT EQUIPMENT
- coffee can lid (or similar) as frisbees
- balloons (great for striking)
- jump ropes
- cut out the bottom of plastic milk or laundry bottles as "catchers" example here
- larger Amazon boxes (I know you now have them!) as hurdles
- socks filled with tennis balls (or anything!) for tossing
- bed sheet as parachute
- hand weights (sand filled anything, large food cans, milk containers, etc.)
