Here is a great list of easy, in-home exercises to do! Pick and choose, multiply the frequency and/or time, add your own!


HOLD ON TO A CHAIR AND STAND ON YOUR TIPTOES FOR ONE MINUTE

DO 25 SQUATS

HOLD THE "SUPERMAN" POSE FOR 20 SECONDS

DO 25 WALL PUSH UPS (KEEP THAT BACK STRAIGHT!)

DO SIDE LEG LIFTS (20 EACH LEG)

DO 50 JUMPING JACKS

JOG IN PLACE DURING COMMERCIAL BREAKS

DO FRONT LEG KICKS WHILE COUNTING TO 100 BY 2'S

PUT YOUR FEET UNDER THE COUCH OR A CHAIR AND DO 25 SIT UPS

DO 25 LEG LUNGES
